Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. Orders over $89 qualify for free shipping (except for some regions). Customers in China can order with confidence; we support direct shipping from our mainland China warehouse via SF Express. How can I ensure that my device has not been tampered with?

Each device undergoes rigorous security testing before leaving the factory and employs tamper-proof packaging. Please check the outer packaging and sealing labels for integrity before first use. If you find any abnormalities (such as broken seals, abnormal packaging, or damage to the device's appearance), please stop using the device immediately and contact official customer service for support. To ensure the safety of your assets, do not use devices from unknown sources or that have been opened.

Can assets be recovered after equipment is lost or damaged?

Yes. Your digital assets are not stored on the device itself, but are protected by the mnemonic phrase you generate during initialization. As long as you keep your mnemonic phrase safe, you can recover your assets through a new hardware wallet or compatible wallet software even if the device is lost, damaged, or stolen. Please be sure to save your mnemonic phrase offline and never take photos of it or upload it to an online environment.
