1. Shipping and Logistics Tracking

  • Notifications: A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure the accuracy of your contact information.

  • Freight Calculation: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country or region.

2. Shipping Fee Structures

2.1 Fixed Shipping Fee (USD 80)

A flat rate of USD 80 applies to the following regions regardless of the order value:

  • Mexico (Baja California Sur), Colombia (Cundinamarca), Indonesia (Lampung), Kazakhstan (Nationwide), Philippines (Zamboanga del Sur), Spain (Santa Cruz de Tenerife).

2.2 Fixed Shipping Fee (USD 28)

A flat rate of USD 28 applies to the following regions regardless of the order value:

  • Mexico (Designated areas), Norway (Nationwide), Argentina (Designated areas), Canada (Designated areas), Colombia (Designated areas), Cyprus (Nationwide), Ecuador (Nationwide), Indonesia (West Nusa Tenggara), Mauritius (Nationwide), Philippines (Bukidnon), Spain (Las Palmas), Uruguay (Paysandú).

2.3 Standard Shipping for Other Regions

For all regions not listed above:

  • Orders ≥ USD 99: Eligible for free standard shipping.

  • Orders < USD 99: Shipping fees apply and are calculated based on the destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Optional commercial express services are available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Recipient Responsibility)

The recipient is solely responsible for all customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and related fees. These must be handled in accordance with local regulatory requirements.

  • Non-compliance: If a package is returned to UKey due to a failure to complete customs clearance or pay duties, a full refund will not be issued, and the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

4. Accuracy of Information and Tax ID Requirements

Customers bear full responsibility for the accuracy of all data entered during checkout, including recipient name, contact details, and Tax ID.

  • Inaccurate Information: UKey is not liable for losses resulting from delivery failure, loss, or destruction of packages caused by incorrect or incomplete personal information.

  • Tax ID Verification: In jurisdictions requiring a Tax ID (e.g., Brazil’s CPF), the recipient’s name must strictly match the Tax ID records. UKey assumes no liability for packages detained or destroyed due to name-ID discrepancies.
